What are LSF builds?

Light Steel Frame Construction is a precision-designed framing system built according to any plan supplied by an architect. It offers a much quicker and neater building process than conventional brick and mortar construction. A smaller team can build quicker and more efficiently, saving not only time but also money, as it is approximately 20% cheaper to build than conventional methods.

Light steel frames are pre-manufactured and installed on site. Even remote or difficult-to-access sites are not a problem, as total walls can be flat-packed and erected on site. LSF construction offers superior durability, strength, and fire resistance compared to traditional wood framing. It also provides straighter walls and is pest and moisture-resistant.
